About the Opportunity
Are you a competitive, high-energy sales professional with a hunter mentality? Our client, a well-established leader in freight forwarding, is seeking a results-driven Domestic LTL/FTL Sales Executive to join their team in Miami. This is a dynamic B2B sales role with uncapped earning potential, offering a strong base salary and lucrative commissions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct solution-based sales presentations to business owners and executives with domestic shipping needs.
  • Identify and close new business opportunities within LTL and FTL markets.
  • Collaborate closely with operations and account management teams to ensure client satisfaction and seamless service execution.
  • Deliver tailored solutions using cost-benefit analysis and performance metrics.
  • Lead the proposal process from start to finish – from strategy to execution.
  • Train and onboard clients on the company's advanced shipping platform and value-added tools.

What We're Looking For
  • 2–5 years of recent sales experience in domestic freight forwarding (LTL/FTL required).
  • Proven ability to build and close new business with a "hunter" sales mindset.
  • High-energy, self-motivated individual with excellent organizational skills.
  • Strong executive presence with persuasive communication and presentation abilities.
  • Results-driven and comfortable working in a fast-paced, quota-driven environment.
  • Ability to develop strategic solutions aligned with client goals and supply chain challenges.
  • Team player who thrives in a collaborative, success-oriented culture.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree preferred but not required with relevant sales experience.
