In Research, Development & Quality (RD&Q), your skills can be the special ingredient that brings our brands to life. As part of a fantastic team of scientists, engineers and nutritionists, you'll work tirelessly on product design or development, process development, quality, nutrition, sensory and food safety aspects to ensure we deliver a consistent, delightful consumer experience. Globally lead and improve the EM Supplier Quality Programs the Quality Programs Develop the EM Supplier Quality strategy while supporting Procurement and Regional & BU EM teams to ensure our materials are wholesome, safe, and produced to specification.

This role is also the supply chain quality SME of the Quality Suite system and supports the global implementation, sustainability and enhancements of the system for documenting the manufacturing sites' compliance to food safety, manufacturing standards, process control and continuous improvement.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Work with regional and global stakeholders to set External Manufacturing Quality strategy and roadmap and facilitate implementation in all regions
  • Partner with global Procurement to lead and influence the Quality agenda in global Procurement
  • Represent Quality in global Procurement EMLT & establish criteria for SRM program
  • Lead CoP and link to Global Quality Category teams to enable knowledge sharing, best practices and benchmarking between regions
  • Establish global External Manufacturing Quality KPIs and set process to measure them
  • Establish programs to influence and enable development and capability building
  • Support the regions & global audit in the External Manufacturing Audit Program
  • Identify quality enhancement and improvement opportunities
  • Lead global projects related to External Manufacturing quality management
  • Provide External Manufacturing support to critical projects
  • Support IL6S, CIQ & Procurement global teams
  • Global SME for SAP QN, Quality Suite, External Facing EM portal
  • Global SME for QP External Manufacturing
  • SME on GFSI requirements for Suppliers
  • Owner of the External & Internal EM portals

  • University Degree in food science, food technology, or a related discipline
  • Relevant experience (minimum 5 years) in in food or consumer products industry with a focus on Quality
  • Ability to set a strategy and drive it into the organization
  • Strong influencing and communication skills
  • Fluent In English
  • 10% Travel
