Production Supervisor supports operations and supervises a team of hourly operative employees in Continued Time Inspection, Final inspection, Honing, Retainer Inspection and Disassembly Departments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage hourly direct reports for technical requirements and scheduling.
  • Manage scheduling of work and material flow through five different areas of responsibility.
  • Monitor associate behavior and counsel when necessary.
  • Monitor internal On-Time-Delivery, report these metrics internally.
  • Establish and adopt methods to increase output/reduce thru-put time on overhauled components.
  • Establish training and provide mentoring to all associates in all technical aspects of close tolerance bearing inspections.
  • Author Capital appropriation requests (CAR)


  • Min. High School w/ 7+ years lead/Aerospace Repair/Overhaul background
  • Production leadership experience
  • Strong inspection skills particularly within bearing inspection field
  • Familiarity with FAA regulations with emphasis on repair station requirements
  • Experience with Bearing Fit up and Dimensional Inspection
  • Ability to manage and train inspection and shop personnel of varying technical experience levels
  • Familiarity with FAA regulations with emphasis on repair station requirements
  • Proficiency with Microsoft office: Word, Excel, and Outlook
