This position is responsible for providing support to The Timken Industrial Bearing Repair Service to include:
1) Creation, control and manipulation of important business information and transactions such as work order, inventory, cost, invoices, purchasing and shipping.
2) Ability to be fluent in specialized systems such as Epicor.
3) Good written and verbal communications skills at all levels and support functions of the company.
4) Creation of general reports and letters to include use of Word, Excel, Access, etc.
5) Must be self motivated, enthusiastic, and display good organizational and professional skills.
2-3 years experience in customer service and/or manufacturing office work
Experience with Epicor
