In Marketing, you'll be the ones who first capture our consumers' imaginations, giving them a tantalizing taste of our brands. You'll work to help our brands stay relevant to consumers by developing and activating brand plans that capture their imagination, passion and loyalty.

Job Scope:

Senior Associate Brand Manager, belVita will support the strategic business and communications planning and activation for the belVita brand.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Own in conjunction with the Sr. Brand Manager, the comprehensive, multi-year strategic growth plan for belVita including: Net Revenue, Margin, Net Contribution
  • In conjunction with the Sr. Brand Manager, lead building the annual plan with input into AC (e.g. building block, R&O) and primary Brand SGP author for US & Canada/NA
  • Support the development of belVita NA budget and support Category Director on in-year adjustments
  • Lead and support execution of smaller scale creative
  • Support Quality execution in partnership with Category Director (post Project Development Request - PDR)
  • Support innovation strategy, as needed
  • Partner with the Sr. Brand Manager to develop integrated brand support plans
  • Manage tactical marketing programs, including PPD's, sampling, experimental marketing, etc.
  • Act as point person for key partners, including innovation, channels, and shopper marketing to support various initiatives.
  • Assess communication opportunities for brands based on strategic fit, always ensuring linkage of program activation plan and tactics back to the business objectives, brand objective and strategy
  • Support pack design project initiatives
  • Develop and manage brand media plans to maximize Media ROI, working with Equity leads and Agency; followed by ongoing troubleshooting, maintenance and updates, working with creative, social and digital agencies
  • Collaborate with US and Canada Category teams (Brand leads, Sales Planning and Shopper Marketing and Merchandising Solutions) to ensure brand programs address customer and shopper opportunities
  • Lead or support key business initiatives, including renovations and margin agenda
  • Partner with Sr. Brand Manager on Integrated Marketing Communications plan (IMC)

  • Bachelor's Degree is required; Master's degree preferred
  • Minimum of 3-5 years' work experience or equivalent; brand marketing experience preferred
  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities
  • Ability to thrive in and handle ambiguity & fast paced environment
  • Analytic and creative thinking skills
  • Strong business acumen and marketing capabilities
  • Strong cross functional partnership skills
  • Strong communication skills
  • Demonstrated track record of sales/marketing/commercialization execution
