Rollon by Timken is growing and is in need of experienced CNC Machinists for our 2nd shift operation in Norton Shores, MI. Hours are 2:00 pm - 10:00 pm. Our ideal candidates will have a min of 3 to 5 years' experience running large mills, including programming, have Haas and Fanuc controls experience and solidworks profiiciency. Esprit and solidworks CAD to CAM experience is a plus!
Primary Job Functions:
Keep spindle running
Run CNC Bridge Mill / Large-format machining
8 meter and 12 meter Boring Mills with Fanuc Panels and Manual Tool Changing
Haas Mills
Setup Tooling during long cycle operations
Setup Large Parts online and offline
Maintain production schedule and cycle times
Keep workspace clean and maintained
Perform routine maintenance on machine(s) and work centers
Daily cleaning of work area
Track schedule
Lathe experience a plus
Required skills and experience:
3 to 5 years CNC experience, including programming
Forklift experience and prior certification
Applicant must be able to walk, stand, climb, lift up and/or move up to 50 pounds, see, hear and use hands to handle or feel and reach with hands and arms.
High School Graduate or Equivalant (background check required)
