• Provide support to the account manager through coordinating emails and documents to provide better service to the customer.
• Deal with drayage companies, the operations team, and customers to ensure that freight gets moved in a timely manner.
• Must have at least a high school diploma or GED.
• Freight forwarding or dispatching experience preferred.
• Proficient in full Microsoft Office Suite.
