Essential Job Functions include the following, but are not limited to:
Leads and trains a team of employees, follows plans, material lists and guidelines and distributes jobs appropriately.
Participates in daily production planning meetings and advises planners of lead times and potential missed dates.
Fulfills regular assembler production duties in a timely manner.
Ensures delivery of customer specials and OEM orders
Maintains product training matrix to ensure regular cross-training to increase workforce flexibility.
Complies with all company policies and procedures and safety requirements, including input into crewmember discipline, documentation, interviews and skill assessments.
Participates in addressing and resolving any work stoppage or quality issues.
In addition to the essential functions and duties listed above, all positions are also responsible for:
Meeting company standards pertaining to quantity and quality of work performed on an ongoing basis, performing all work related tasks in a manner that is in compliance with all Company policies and procedures.
Adhering to Company policies, procedures, and directives regarding standards of workplace behavior in completing job duties and assignments.

Physical Activities:
The employees must grasp, manipulate, or assemble parts and components that are often very small. Work may be sedentary, could stand or sit for long durations and/or perform repetitious work at times. Exerts up to 50 lbs. of force occasionally. Employees may come in contact with but not limited to acetone and epoxy, and their work cell areas may be noisy at times. Employees entering and leaving the room must wear appropriate clothing and protective equipment such as booties, glasses and gloves.
Qualifications
Experience:
1-5 years supervisory experience in industrial shop environment.
Education:
High School education or equivalent
Specialized Knowledge and Skills:
Ability to read and communicate in English
Basic math skills are required
Proficiency in computer use (MS Office) and communication tools.
Knowledge of basic mechanical / electrical repair practices
Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
